okay, okay, fall wins.

Everyone keeps posting how excited they are for fall, and finally, I agree. For one reason; I totally love the fall fashion trends this year! I was doing some reading online and found some great things: Fall clothes going to have a lot of dot, spots and circles. If you wear just one color this Fall, make it orange. (Bright, bold, burnt orange is set to make a huge return. If you have olive or darker skin, go for the exotic sunset tones. If you are paler, you'll look fantastic in the corals and peaches.) SCARVES and boots! And last but not least, I am diggin the over sized cardigan, tighter fitting skirt, tights and boots look. Oh my gosh, bring on Fall.

Great, so stop worrying about me, stop talking about me and stop being so god damn judgemental. Who are you to judge me? Who are you to judge anyone? Get over yourself.

This weekend was a complete blast. It was nice to see family and enjoy the sunshine with my beautiful friend, Kendyl and cousin Karli.

Today my aunt, grandma and cousin come...a fun week ahead!

If I didnt have to work today (dad is out of town) I would be at home laying in bed hiding from the world. I am thankful I have today but todays events can go fuck themselves, seriously.

My mini vacation to Chelan can not come at a better time...just two more hours and I will be on my way to another great weekend.

Happy birthday Lola! I cant believe its already been a year... I feel like it was just yesterday that your mommy and daddy found out they were having a girl! You bring more joy, happiness, smiles and love to my life than you'll ever know. I cant wait to watch you continue to grow. Your so amazing. I love you to the moon and back five billion times :) xoxox.

good news: I am enrolled for full time school this fall, all ed classes...I can finally see an end in sight! YAHOO.

bad news: Financial aid, or lack thereof. I guess I should just probably find a baby daddy and pop out a child because that is the ONLY way you’re getting any help. Doesn’t matter that I work and pay for my own school, the state only cares about what my parents make. SO FRUSTRATING. Yesterday I spent most of the day searching for scholarships...out of 20 that I found, 18 of them were for low income families only. Well that is great and I am very glad our state provides for low income however, where is the help for middle class?

My anthropolgie bedding came yesterday and I LOVE it! I am waiting on the bedskirt and shams (backordred) then I will post some pictures :)

life as of late...

What a crazy busy last few weeks! Let me catch you up on life! Canada was a blast! The boys and I had so much fun; it was awesome to hangout and be somewhere else, even if it was only for two days :) Tanner got to experience some nightlife and we met some awesome people! We came back all in one piece and had no problems minus my toe injury. Last weekend, Kendyl, Jessica and I went out for Kendyls 22 birthday, downtown Olympia has nothing on us...hahah. Happy birthday lover, I hope you had as much fun as I did ;)

A quick, simple and sweet side note- I am TIRED of people calling themselves a "best friend". First, what makes a best friend? Second, why do you think you are entitled to call yourself one? After a few recent events (and people are going to read this thinking I am talking about them...but really this applies to ALL of us, regardless) The title of a best friend isn’t just a title, it comes with "duties". (If you will) If you are never there for the person then how in the hell do you figure your their best friend? I guess I am just at this awkward stage where I am really seeing true colors and what people are really like with glitter and bullshit set aside. So just remember, actions speak louder than words. Wouldn’t you rather be remembered for the things you did rather than the words you said?

This weekend I am one busy girl, baby shower tomorrow then heading to Longview to celebrate my great grandmas 89th birthday! I am so excited. Lots of blogging to come...
