california dreaming...

Ohhhh my goodness. What a WONDERFUL week I had in California! :) I really don't even know where to start. haha. Monday started our vacation, we drove down to Grants Pass (in southern Oregon) and stayed the night there. Tuesday we woke up early and ready to hit the road, eager for some Cali sunshine. We made it to Santa Rosa Tuesday and did round one of wine tasting! Fun, fun, fun. I had never been wine tasting before and really enjoyed it, I learned a lot about wine and some pretty cool terms...(inky, jammy, dry...HAH) Anyways, we hit the town hard that night and paid for it the next day. Without going into great detail I will say it was much like our own version of the Hangover...Wednesday we were up early for our day in San Fran. HOW FUN! I had never been before and loved every minute of it! I want to go back very soon, there is just so much to see and do! Thursday we met up with some of Kendyl's friends and went to some more winery's and then out again, this night even better than the first! My oh my. Friday we lounged by the pool and I now have some pretty sweet tan lines. It was an amazing trip and I cannot thank Robin, Kendyl or Jeff enough for inviting and putting up with me :)

Yesterday for Father's day we headed out to the horse race track then came home and had sundays for dessert. I am so thankful for my dad and everything he does for me. He really is the best dad ever. I love him.

That is enough for today, I am so freaking tired and still have an hour left at work.

The weather man says its going to be sunny this week...I hope so, its almost freaking J U L Y. lordy.
